Hi! I'm Amy, my horse Dakota and I love Parelli and Natural Horsemanship in general! My sister is actually on this forum too . I couldn't figure out how to get a picture small enough to be in the Avatar (any suggestions?). But, to describe - Dakota is a chunky B/W paint QH (did I emphasize chunky...) and loads of fun because he's really obstinate, curious, and lovable! _________________ Amy

Welcome Amy!
I would guess your computer came with software for basic picture manipulations. Somewhere there should also be a Help feature. I suggest cropping the picture to what is closest to you/your horse and then saving that. Then follow the instructions for size. 120 pixels wide is about the max you can go wide or it distorts the forum. Then you can load the avatar picture in your profile. If you can't figure this out, I can do it for you if you send me the picture.
You can also upload to Photobucket and it has a choices of sizes for reposting. The smallest is the avatar size.
Good luck - and enjoy IATH _________________ Carol Nudell
