Very good lecture video on The Horse.com  website:- http://www.thehorse.com/Video.aspx?vID=409 It goes for just under an hour but well worth the investment in time. In the first half he explains the names & history of formation of the teeth. In the second half he talks about various diseases & whether they affect the horse or not. There are hundreds of good photos.
