I guess I felt this might be a bit much for some in normal iath, so posting here with all my like minded, loaing, woo wi friends.  Last week I did a centered riding lesson on Eclipse.  My mind was spinning with all the stuff going on in my life.  Big spinning.  I hopped on, and Eclipse's eyes got huge, and she went right brained immediately.  I brought her around and hopped off, (Carol was smiling because she saw it all happen, and knew I knew) and we got me grounded and present.  Got on again, and Eclipse gave me the best ride EVER.
My theme this year, gotta have a theme, is connection.  How many times have I gotten on and unplugged?  Not been with my horse?  I get on, take them away from the herd, and leave them!  No wonder.  I expect them to take care of me?  Scares the crap out of a lot of horses.  That's why they call some horses, babysitters.  Poor things.
Something to think about if you find yourself in the company of a horse today.  When they look into your eyes, are you giving them heaven, or are you giving them hell?

Yes Deb  The day I got my ribs broken....... I wasn't at all with her, I was in a hurry, letting time dictate my speed in "approach and capture."  Boy did I pay for that Connection, a good theme for the year

Wanda, you're home!!  How was your trip?

There is a centered riding teacher close enough for me to trailer Strider once he gets confident loading and the herpes is gone.  You have gotten such great results that I have been thinking about going to Cindi.
