1.  Keep sarcasm and rudeness OUT of posts.  Since my last edit request went over so well, I am no longer asking, I am TELLING you, NO RUDENESS.

2.  State your advice w/o being rude about another trimmer's advice.   Argue methods NOT personalities.  Likewise, don't take method arguments personally.

3.  Assume that people here, are here to LEARN how to trim or help their own horses.  If you don't want to explain things so a student can learn, then don't post.  Simply stating that students shouldn't take a rasp to their horse is not productive.  Explain HOW to use the rasp correctly.

4.  Do NOT belittle members who are learning here.  People are afraid to post their pictures and problems here for fear they will be attacked FIRST.  That is counterproductive to the student, their horse, and the rest of the members here.

5.  If this forum again becomes a "train wreck" it will be deleted.   This Forum is About the Horse, not about one-up-manship or better-then-tho personalities.  Once it quits being a learning environment it will be deleted and all the STUDENTS and their horses will suffer.  Remember that.

Sorry if I sound like a mother, but this place is very much like a sand box.  Either play nice or stay out.

PS...if you can't figure out how to argue your point without being rude, take a lesson from Blue Flame.  She manages to post her point of view without dramatics, rudeness, or snarky comments.

New Rule:  Do NOT post pictures of other people's horse's hooves.  Period.  Post pictures ONLY of your own horse's feet to use as examples or to ask questions about.
