I can put in a few of these in my mp3 player and by the time the songs are over either I'm asleep or I go to sleep effortlessly right afterward. It's called Binaural Beats. Lots of places to download them from but I've used unisonic ascension (link below). I love 'resonare fibris' and 'love signal'. You can sample a minute or so from each song to see which ones you like the best. also you might explore the solfeggio harmonics, also a therapeutic audio. I bought a cd which I like called Solfeggio Harmonics by Source Vibrations. (amazon.com)

Also, there is a blurb on this page (linked below) about brain wave states and what states happen in each one so you can determine which one you want to get to and which songs will get you there. Also, this 'brain training' no only helps you relax, but makes you smarter! So can a certain visual exercise which I will try to find and post here later. The visual exercise is shown and explained in the book The Freedom of Choice (an ebook which I will send to you if you pm me with your email address.) I found it was much easier after listening to the binaural beats music for a month or two, incidentally.
