Back to top thelmanelle Member Joined: 20 Sep 2009 Posts: 3248 Posted: Fri Dec 03, 2010 9:25 pm    Post subject: I have been in touch with this lady on Craigslist and finally she has been able to get away from work to file the report.  She runs a rescue.  They tried to get another horse as a halter and lead line were in the pasture.  But, the legal system will not file it as stolen.
