So this is or is not New England.  i saw where I put Minnesota in this category... But: This will  be posted in two areas.  It is a gelding that was donated to Loonie Farms Rescue in Ga.  This is a rescue gone bad.  The case was turned over to Ga. I went to the garage to get some supplies and when I returned I saw he had gone through the electric fence..I followed his trail part way up the mountain and lost his trail.
