A "blog"/journal sectionOne of the forums I... visit... (won't say belong to, because as times its a little bit TOO airy-fairy for me, no offense intended) has a section for people to post journal entries or blogs, and not crowd up the main boards.
Now, one could either create a new topic for each "entry" (for slackers like moi!) or have a running post... 5,684 pages later...
What do you think?
Another one is an introduction section, where membership is limited UNTIL you do a "Hi, my name is..." type post. Works really well!
