Alternative horse feed

Here’s a short video & a photo of my horses eating umbrella trees. The multi stemmed trees grow to 5m high within 2yrs, then flower & set seed, which the birds cart off to the forests where they become a weed. So I cut them down once they have flowered & they shoot again quite soon. The horses love the bark & they leave me with a thin long rail which is light enough for me to use on the old falling down fences around this place.
