RCMP are requesting assistance from the public in locating a Shetland pony missing from the Meacham area since late September.
Sometime between Sept. 19-20, a Shetland pony was stolen from a rural property near Meacham, which is about 130 kilometres south of Prince Albert.
The pony is brown in colour, and has a white patch on her forehead. She stands about four feet tall, and was wearing a pink halter the night she disappeared. The horse is very friendly and answers to the name Copper.
Humboldt RCMP are seeking assistance from the public in this investigation.
If anyone has information they are asked to call Humboldt RCMP at (306) 682-2535 or, if you wish to remain anonymous, Saskatchewan Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477, *8477 on Sask-Tel Mobility, text TIP206 plus your tip to CRIMES (274637) or online at www.saskcrimestoppers.com.
Thanks.
