DiarreheaI have a 2 year old filly that has loose manure all the time. It's worse during heat cycles and gets firm enough to form some balls between cycles, but shes always loose compared to other horses. She is on pasture and grass hay and gets probiotics each day. She UTD on worming and shots. Anybody got any ideas?

Maybe worth getting a worm count done? Blood work? Or could she be stressed?

A horse that is highly strung or stressed will have loose manure.
Could she just be more highly strung than her counterparts? I have a 5yo that also has slightly looser manure when in season. Cassie is arabxQH with a predominance to the arab nature.

She is Arab, so are my others. But she doesn't seem any more/less higher strung then any of them. I know the farm I bought her from did not do daily strngyle worming. do you think that might hav scared her intestines?

The quietest, most laid back, "walk silent and carry a big stick" horse on my property is the one with mild gastric ulcer issues.
He also has always gotten the runny bums when a hard rain followed by bright sun pushes up the sugar content in the grass, or when the seasons change.
I rescued him when he was 7 and he is now 25 - 1/2 and has always had a finicky digestive system. He's been on pre-probiotics since the day I rescued him.
He is an Arab 
It is entirely possible your filly can have mild ulcer issues not just because she's an Arab but because you would be surprised how many young horses end up with mild ulcers after weaning and nobody picks up on it.
She could also have a worm overload.
Either way the vet should examine her so a correct diagnosis can be made and she won't get the wrong treatment
