Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Physiotherapy.
And it’s true, they do keep me mobile, fitter than I would otherwise be & undoubtedly saner than I would otherwise be.
Now those are 2 of the best reasons to have horses, don’t you think?

I'll add Zen Horse Zen Mind to that list. It's excellent about the psychological bond between (some) owners and horses. Horses will touch part of your brain you rarely know exists. Incredible.
