Everyone Meet PonyI got "Pony" last Sunday. He was given to me for free because the lady cant afford to keep feeding him any more. He is actually a mini. Hubby says NO I cant keep him but he dont eat nothing at all and he is fun!
He is RBE in most ways around people because he is scared. He is impossible to catch in the pasture unless you have grain. When I am brushing him, he is scared too and moves around when I move around him. But, I think I can change all that and get him to trust. I let him run loose in the barn and I will sit in the tackroom and he will make his way to the feed barrels. When he is biting them trying to get in them I will get up and say "Pony ... get out of those" and he will turn around and shake his head in sassiness and take off trotting. So there is some LBE in there. 
He has the longest, thickest mane and forelock I have ever seen! I am in like little girl land when I brush it! LOL
He was playing with Kody. LOL Kody grabbed the nose piece of his halter and wouldnt let go. LOL

oh gosh guys Pony is TOO cool! it's a nightmare catching him but he has SUCH a play drive hidden in there! we even took a video of him taking the feed bag from Jodi! way too funny!

He's fabulous!!Oh my, he's certainly a KEEPER!!!!I've always wanted a mini, but to get the really nice ones; well, just too expensive. It looks to me as if you've gotten yourself a VERY nice mini! Lucky, lucky, lady.

I wish we could get you a mini from a rescue here. They had over 41 seized from a hoarding couple. They are finally getting well enough to go to homes. They had one i named Spunky Monkey. The name fits!

LOL Carol! i'll have to keep that in mind when i grow up and start looking for a permanent guy! i've already gone through a few because they didn't understand the concept of "weekends are for the horse, not you"
