Excellent hoof and laminitis article!!!

A while back I was asking Rick B. about what are clogs and why/how they are used.

This is not only good for understanding laminitis, it also communicates about the hoof's vascular structure, and how unbalanced trimming or shoeing of the hoof can negatively affect it; and it supports how some shoers and barefoot advocates go about healing a misshapen hoof and building healthy hoof and sole. Generally just a great article!

I'm adding some more good articles. This one explains how the horse's mechanical movement changes in the time between trims (and outlines the importance of regular frequent hoof care)
