Thanks Lynda. Right now things are going smoothly. But if the board keeps growing like it has been, I may want to add more Moderators to different forums. So far everyone is getting a long and there isn't anything to moderate. This is a GOOD thing.
Thanks for your offer of help. I'm sure I'll be looking for help once the weather here allows me outside.

I am thinking right now things are smooth and I have very few rules. If we get many more membres though I will split the board up into Moderator groups and have people read the posts. Just so far I've seen no flaming or Trolls, or rabid bunnies. When one shows up, I'll probably institute Moderators.
