Hello from NC!

Hi! My name is Jessica. I live in North Carolina with my husband of nearly 7 years (will be 7 years on the 13th of this month). We have 3 horses and a mule, as well as 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 goldfish. I've been doing Parelli for a few years and my husband has just started. I'm a natural barefoot trimmer as well.

Thanks Nancy! I'll have to post pics before too long. No time tonight but hopefully soon! I'm reading away on all of the great topics. It'll take me a while to catch up! lol

Hi Jessica, Welcome!

Who did you study with for your barefoot trimming methods?  Just curious.

Looking forward to seeing your piccs....and getting to know you.   There are a lot of great people in this community with a willingness to help that I have not seen anywhere else.
Your household and farmyard sounds much like mine.
4horses 1 mule, 1 husband who sorta does parelli stuff with his mule.
3 cats, 3 dogs and a bunch of chickens at our place.

Hi Becky!

I didn't get to study personally with anyone per the barefoot trimming, unfortunately, but follow Pete Ramey's techniques.

We do have a lot of similarities in our animals! We are looking for chickens as well, Black Australorps are what I'd like.

I have a mare and a gelding and my husband has recently retired his mule and aquired a nice QH gelding. He didn't want another mule

Welcome!  What part of NC are you in?  I live in Gastonia (near Charlotte).  We have a great Parelli play group in the area.
