Hi from Aussie girl

Hello everyone. I too had asked on the savvy club about the "other" forum and got zero replies. Then one day I was doing a search for saddle information and about a guy who is local that fits and makes saddles. Well his website has similar wording to this one so I just "happened" to fall into this forum. What a nice gentle fall it was. It was a "hey this is where they all went" moment so after days of browsing I finally signed up
You guys have a wealth of information and I am soaking it all up.
As you can tell from my user name I am an Aussie, but have lived in Canada and now the U.S. I have always been horse crazy and took lessons for years as a kid. Finally got horses after raising kids. I have 2, a Palomino QH (16) and an Appaloosa (5).
I have been doing Parelli for about a year and love some aspects of it but question many other aspects. I like to think I have an open mind and that is why I think I will enjoy this forum. I am a quiet learner so not sure if you will see many posts from me...more than likely it will be questions.

Deb.

Welcome Deb.  I hope you enjoy it here.   There is a lot to learn and it seems the more I learn, the more I see I still have to learn.

Great to have another Deb here!  You understand, we are going to want to see pictures of your horses, right?

welcome Aussie Girl!

This forum is a great place for learning and exploring different training methods and philosophies. (not to mention hoof care, nutrition, and loads of other stuff!)

I agree with Bit. We'd love to see pictures of your horses!

Welcome Aussie Girl! You are not the only "quiet" learner here. I also learn more than I contribute here but I hope that won't always be the case as I progress.

I live in SE Minnesota - where are you?

I would love to show you pictures of my 4-legged boys...once I figure out how to do it
