FrostyM

Hi from FrostyM

Hi All -  My name is Marianne and I live in Colorado.  My husband and I have two horses (both palomino paints) here in the foothills about 30 miles southwest of Denver.  We are recreational horse owners and enjoy trail riding.  I'm on the old side of middle age and have only had horses in my life for the last 15 years.  Although I've always loved horses, I learned that I had a lot to learn, and I find horsemanship to be very intriguing.

I'm so glad I finally found you all on this Forum.  I never posted on the Savvy Club Forum but often read your posts and feel like I know many of you.  I also agree with many of your ideas and opinions, so I look forward to following this Forum.

Hello Marianne:

We live about 40 miles northeast of Denver.  My husband and I are somewhere in middle age too.  We are just recrational riders and enjoy trail riding and foundation training.  I am just starting to learn dressage for fun.

Hope to see you around the forum!

Just wondering what everyone's definition of middle age is? I am about to hit 48 ...is this what you all call middle age?   Or is middle age 30-40 or 40-50 or fifty plus?  Or does it matter?

Having said all that, Welcome Marianne!

Welcome Marianne!!  It's a good place to learn and grow.

As far as middle age . . . gee, I don't know.
50+ still feels like the middle to me.  If it's NOT the middle, then is 50+ old?????  Couldn't be.  I couldn't possibly be "OLD" yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!
