Mark Russell clinic

Cool, I'll be taking Rosie to a Mark Russell clinic at a friend's ranch in California in June.   I do a Liz Graves clinic the week before and our Red Canyon ride is the week before that.  Guess I won't be gathering any rust on my irons!  LOL

I'm Psyched!

Sounds like fun!

Have you ridden with Mark before?

He will be in Oklahoma at the end of March and I've considered going to audit, if I can get away for the weekend.

No, I haven't.  I've read (and applied) his book and I've taken two clinics with Larry Whitesell who studied with Mark and then in France.  I really like the practice of getting to collection naturally, through conditioning, rather then threw riding onto a harsh bit.  I like a horse that is happy in their work.  This all fits very well with my philosophy.

Well, I'd love to hear what you think after riding with him.
