Montana Horse Sanctuaryhttp://montanahorsesanctuary.org/Hi there, Just thought I'd post this out so they get more exposure. I went to a workshop at the facility yesterday. They follow common sense horse rescue...have only what they can handle with the land and resources. Everything they do with the horses to rehabiliate them is natural, food is organic. I was impressed with what they have going on. Rachael (my daughther) and I are going to start volunteering and this is the place and will get any donations moneywise (if I have it) for the next few years. I had no idea it was right in my back yard! |

Thank you! I believe it's important remember them as well...sometimes, a stolen horse could be bought at an auction and be at a sanctuary. It's a possibility. We do not close doors. |
