Strenghs and WeaknessesI'm putting this here instead of general chat..........might be a little scary to some 
I was presenting my yearly schoolboard report a couple of days ago and when I was finished the president asked me:
What do you consider your greatest strength and weakness to be? WTH I just want to go home and put my feet up......... I gave them some BS and wrapped it up. I haven't been able to get those questions out of my mind since 
How can we use what we have or grow, as people, if we really haven't isolated who we are at any particular point in time? OK, I have done some thinkin and have come up with mine:
My greatest strength is the ability to validate people and my greatest weakness is the inability to validate myself. Now that was an eye-opener for me!
Anyone brave enough to try this?

I'm not sure what mine are...but I would guess my greatest strength is persistence, and greatest weakness is being oversensitive.

I am going to have to think about that one Nancy  Great q's which I would have trouble with if put on the spot.
But I also think you hit the nail on the head for me as well....

I might also say that my weakness would be relating to people and relating to animals one of my strengths
Do I see a trend..

Hmmm... you ask tough questions
Greatest strength I suppose might be one of 3 things: loyalty, persistence & the ability to express myself
Greatest weakness: holy cow... that could be a list longer than your leg... hmmm... the greatest weakness... I'm a TOUGH taskmaster & no one is held to a higher standard than I hold myself to. I am introverted to the exteme & trust is hard won with me & easily broken.

I would say my greatest strength is being open and sharing (share-a-holic here!). I think I was born with a Help Gene. I just don't know how to put my hands in my pockets and walk away.
My greatest weakness is being open and sharing. It does open you up to a lot of personal attacks. I'm not sure why this trait infuriates some people, but it certainly seems to.

I asked these questions because they threw me and at my age that is hard to do!
How can we use our gifts if we aren't even sure what they are? It's good, now and then, to give it some thought. Maybe I should have put this on the general space........ shake up more people The people that share here are not afraid to open up and share. Interesting

Yeah it would throw me too. I think I've been asked that when applying for different jobs. Apparently I've answered it okay though since I usually get hired. Maybe my greatest strength is patience. I have been told by many people that I'm extraordinarily patient (with horses, anyway). It's hard for me to determine.
