Why not to use Hyperflexion/RollkurHere's a great youtube video I found today about hyperflexion.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0hyOmMULYA There is a lot to read & I found it necessary to pause the video while I read each page. Some pages I had to read twice to get the full info before rolling the vid again to see the following pictures. But it is very informative.
