Yet another interresting book

Has anyone else read the "Tug of War: Classical versus "modern" dressage" by Dr. Gerd Heuschmann?
I bought it because it was recommended by K.R.
Leah

Yes....another great book.

Yes, I thought so. But I will have to read it again, because even if it is explained very simply with few words, there is a ton of information in there.
Julie

I have it too.

Another very interesting book is Akademisk Ridekunst by Bent Branderup. It is in Danish, but that should work for you torelau. There may also be German version. It is more leaning towards the Nuno direction. What amazed me in this book is that it contains some information on certain topics I have not seen other classical riders talk about quite so much in their books.

For PK students, you will note that there is sometimes conflicting information, but at other times the philosophy and method align.

I got it from Boghuset.dk and they shipped to England no trouble. I also got Ridning paa Kandar.

Danish is no problem. But I don't have time for any more books right now. But I will try to remember it
