These hunters were scouting the land. they left their horses tied up and the horses were gone when they got back to camp.

Sky is a Blue Roan AQHA Mare ... Never showed up for feeding last night and this morning. Have been searching property for signs of escape/theft This mare always stays with the herd and is a very trusting horse.

Our black racking mare Bell was taken by a couple in Ash Grove, MO on a trial basis under the agreement she would be returned to us if she didn't work out for them. They have since transferred and/or sold her without our knowledge or permission. This mare has a bone chip in her front knee with the arthritis set in. Missing horse. Was sold without papers by a woman I know at an Arabian farm. He was in the Grand Juntion, Iowa area at the time in 2008. Would like to find his current owner to help them get duplicate papers and his history..

Wanting to know if horse is being taken care of after given to new owner who refuses to update us per our verbal agreement once I noticed him starting to loose weight. The offer of him to come back home if he needs to still stands, no questions asked, I will pick him up.

Update: In Feb. 2012 a friend came forward with info that Pudgey may have been sold by a acquaintance to someone in Huntington, IN or the surrounding area. ____________________ We left Wed. to go camping. the neighbor was out to feed Thursday, the pony was here. Friday morning, she came out to feed and he was gone.

I was deceived and allowed a couple from Darwin, Minnesota to take 2 Mares, Suzy, light bay, white muzzle, cresty neck 15h, 1400lb and Echo, gray roan, dent in forehead, scar on rt heel bulb and rt rear leg. They will not return my phone calls and my horses are not on their property. I received an email on Wed. from a Steve that my horses were sold to Waverly Auction Barn.

4/22/2012 9:55:08 A.M - I have other horses that are more needy and I am over 50 and smoked too much and keep getting pneumonia. Thought I should downsize. These people were over 50 and described a perfect set up, friendly pasture pals they could pet to keep their 15 acre pasture down. I am just sick.

Horse and mule were left with friend while I was ill and she gave them away without informing me. I had worked in her barn for two years to cover their care in the event an illness happened. She did not contact me to tell me she got rid of them and said she has no clue where they went. Lost all their pictures in a flood.

May 6, 2012 - 5:15 pm - The owner of this horse flew to NC and went to the farm in Willow Springs, NC where the horse was boarded. She had proof of ownership paperwork with her. The person who owned the farm told the officer that the man who had the horse had not been there in a week to feed the horse and he had been feeding the horse. The officer has released the horse to the owner.

I took my horse to Kansas City KS to be trained by a tall ,hispanic,skinny man (contact owner for more info on this man) and a week later when I went to check on the horse he was gone with my horse. I never foud him until now and we think he is in NC. Every time that I get close to the horse this man and the horse disappeared again. I am afraid that is happening again right now. The horse is being run in match races in NC, maybe SC too. Have you seen him?

ALERT FOR NC - WAKE COUNTY This stolen horse has been found in Willow Springs, NC. The owner has flown in and is now trying to present proof of ownership to a Wake County Sheriff Deputy.

I have talked with the officer and tried to explain the circumstances of this case which are:

the horse was stolen 7 years ago from Kansas by the man that has him today
the owner has coggins, registration paper with pictures and bill of sale
the man that has the horse may be "making" a bill of sale to throw off the officer

Minerva seems to be more fluent in Spanish than English and could use some help. You can call her and offer your help at:

If Minerva is able to gain custody of her horse she may need a place to keep it tonight. She has arranged transport but not for today.

Do we have anyone who can help her in Wake County NC who can offer their assistance?

I really have no idea when she disappeared... I just know that I was told the person of interest would return my stallion who was starved to a body score of less than 3 and this mare, along with my six horse Sooner trailer. I got the stallion and the trailer. The person of interest claims that someone stole her out of the barn in the middle of the night before he was to come to Missouri.
