Barb Wire and hot wire was cut and the horses were lead through three other properties to the service road of Spur 408 and loaded up on a trailer.

I hope they find these horses!

This camp isn't too far from us and I felt so bad for them. Sound like these two were good horses.

I know and those kids are so devastated.  In addition to loner horses were moved by the owners due to  the crime.  I can't say I blame the owners.  I'd be concerned myself and move my as well.  So the kids have been dealt a heavy blow. I hope and pray they find those horses soon.  And alive and healthy.

3/30/12 - NetPosse.com received an email from Cari today asking us if we would run Luke's information again. We hope people will help post Luke's alert for Cari. She is still searching for him and missing him.

Thanks.

Firefly - 3yr old mini bay stallion - We saw him at 8:00 Friday evening in his pasture. Our front gates were open, and his pasture gate was closed and tied shut with bungee cord, as it always is. We left Saturday morning at 7:30, and shut and chained the front gate. We did not notice whether or not he was in the loafing shed or pasture at that time. When we returned at 1:30 Saturday afternoon, we noticed that he was gone. The front gate was still chained shut, but the pasture gate was open and the bungee cord on the ground. We cannot prove that someone stole him, and the sheriff's dept. is of the opinion that he somehow managed to escape and will eventually turn up or someone will find him and call in a report.
